Clean 'n Clear LLC does not and
will not release any information about valid
customers to anyone.
We do not release names, mailing
addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses or MAC addresses
to anyone.
We will never send unsolicited
email. (We do send order confirmations via email.)
We keep customer information only
long enough to assist with returns, shipping problems,
etc. All old customer information is expunged.
We do collect, keep and share
information about all internet, credit card, and check fraud.
We go through a long process in potential fraud cases to
make sure that the order in question is actually fraudulent.
Once this determination is made, we will use every means
available to track the person responsible for the fraud.
